An Orchestra of Sea-waves on the Israeli
Riviera
Nitza Boulevard,
on the beachfront of North Netanya is
the most exclusive area of the city.
The prominent presence of foreign residents
and the professional Israelis has given
the street its nickname - "the
Israeli Riviera". The Sea
Opera project is being built
on the last privately owned lot (Freehold)
on the most prestigious
part of Nitza
Boulevard, right
on the beach
front.

The Rhythm of
Netanya
The components of Netanya's
internal rhythm are perfectly suited
to Sea Opera:
A well groomed and green city, a vast
beach promenade, challenging sports
activities, gourmet restaurants, nightclubs
and a vibrant nightlife, shopping centers
and extensive health and community services.
Netanya's perfect location in the center
of the country means that Sea
Opera residents are close to
everything: 15 minutes away from the
golf course at Caesarea, 20 minutes
away from Tel Aviv, half-an-hour's drive
from the Hi-tech center in Haifa, 15
minutes away from Hertzlia Hi-tech area,
a half hour away from Ben Gurion Int.
Airport and about an hour's drive from
Jerusalem.

A Symphony of
the Good Life
Sea Opera is a symphony
to the best living standards. In the
project, which is a closed complex (not
closed by gate) , the residents can
enjoy a private spa that includes swimming
pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and a sophisticated
gym (all to be finished after 2007).
At the front of the project there is
a green and well groomed park on an
area of approx. 6,500 sq/meters (to
be finished after 2007). The welfare
and security of the residents is in
the hands of a maintenance and security
firm that is at their disposal 24 hours
a day. In addition the residents of
Sea Opera will enjoy
the convenience of synagogues, a medical
center, clinics, shopping centers, the
hotel and tourist area and other community
services, all of which are only a walk
away from their doorway.
